Pindicate
For agencies and studios

Upload every deliverable. Send each client one link. Keep every sign-off.

Video, audio, images, PDFs, websites, HTML files, Word docs, Google Docs and Slides, and emails, all reviewed the same way. Your clients open a link and comment without an account. On Pro your logo sits on the page. You pay one flat price for the account, not per seat.

An agency's library: four client folders, then this week's reviews (a web page, a three-file launch round, an audio ad read and a postcard approved by Luis Ortega), each with its new-comment count

Or try it now with one of your files. No account needed.

Every format

The cut, the deck and the site go out on the same link

Put a whole client round in one review: the promo video, the brand guide PDF and the landing page, up to 20 files on one link. Your client moves between them in the file list and comments the same way on each one: a note at the second on video and audio, a pin on the exact spot on images, PDFs and web pages.

  1. Add every file for the round to one review.
  2. Send the client one link instead of five attachments.
  3. Read every note on every file in one list.
One review called Northshore launch, round 2, with three files listed: Promo, cut 2 (video), Northshore brand guide (PDF) and Landing page (web page). A client pin sits on the Copper swatch on page 2.Three notes from the same client side by side: one on a video at 0:06, one pinned on a landing page button, one pinned on page 2 of a PDF
Your brandPRO

Your logo on the page, and you decide who opens it

On Pro the review page carries your agency's logo instead of Pindicate's, and the Pindicate link at the bottom goes away. Every link is private to the people you send it to. Add a password for confidential work, send a personal link that already knows who the client is, or turn a link off when the project ends.

  1. Upload your logo once in Settings.PRO
  2. Lock a link with a password.PRO
  3. Turn any link off in one click. It stops opening for everyone.

Your client's side

No account, no app, nothing to install

Your client opens the link, types their name and starts commenting. There's no password to make and nothing to download, on a laptop or a phone. If they leave an email, they hear back when someone replies to their note.

  1. They open the link from email, Slack or a text.
  2. They type a name and start reviewing.
  3. Replies reach them by email if they left one.

Every round on one link, and the approval in writing

Round two goes on the same link as round one, so the client always opens the current version and every earlier round stays in the version history with its notes. When the client is happy they click Approve. Their name and the time are saved on the review and you get an email. If a question comes up later about what was agreed, the answer is on the review.

  1. Upload the next round to the same review.PRO
  2. The client clicks Approve on the version they're signing off.PRO
  3. You get the email, and the review shows who approved and when.PRO

One library

A folder per client, and you can see what's new

Every review lives in one library. Give each client a folder, sort by newest, or show only the reviews with unread comments. Each row shows its new-comment count and, on Pro, who approved it.

  1. Make a folder for each client or project.
  2. See new-comment counts on every review at a glance.
  3. Spot approved work by its badge.PRO

Follow-upsPRO

Clients who go quiet get a friendly nudge

Turn on reminders when you share and Pindicate emails the client after three quiet days, then once more three days later. It never sends a third, and it stops for good as soon as they comment or approve.

The reminder email a quiet client gets: Ava is waiting on your feedback for Northshore launch, round 2, with an Open the review button
Your team

Pull the right person onto the right note

Each teammate gets their own login to the same library, up to 5 on Pro. @mention your developer on the website note or your editor on the video note, and they get an email that opens the review. They reply as themselves.

One client round, the whole agency

  1. MondayYour producer uploads the Northshore launch round: the promo, the brand guide PDF and the landing page, on one link. Your account lead sends it to the client.
  2. TuesdayThe client leaves notes on all three: one at 0:06 in the promo, one on page 2 of the guide, one on the landing page button. You @mention your developer on the button note.
  3. WednesdayEach person replies under their own note and makes the change. Round two goes on the same link.PRO
  4. ThursdayThe client has gone quiet on round two, so Pindicate reminds them for you.PRO
  5. FridayThe client approves. The review shows who signed off and when.PRO

What it replaces

  • Email threads where the notes for one file are spread across six replies
  • Chat messages with screenshots and “the thing near the top”
  • PDFs marked up by hand and sent back as attachments
  • A different review tool for every format you deliver

One flat price for the account. Your clients never pay.

Pro is $12 a month or $96 a year with up to 5 teammate logins included: unlimited active reviews, 100 GB of storage, no per-file size limit, versions, approvals, reminders and your logo on the review page. Questions agencies ask

How does my team work in Pindicate?

The owner invites teammates by email from the Team page. Each teammate gets their own login to the same library, so they can upload, comment and reply as themselves. @mention anyone in a comment and they get an email that opens the review. Pro includes up to 5 teammates.

Do we pay per person?

No. Pro is $12 a month or $96 a year for the account and includes up to 5 teammate logins. Your clients never pay or sign in.

Do our clients need an account?

No. They open the link, type their name and comment. No app and no password, unless you add one to the link.

Can one client see another client's reviews?

No. Each link opens one review and nothing else, and there's no list of your other work behind it. Folders are only visible to you and your teammates.

Can we put our logo on the review page?

Yes, on Pro. Upload it once in Settings and it replaces Pindicate's mark on every review page. The Pindicate link at the bottom goes away too.

Can we use our own domain?

Not today. Review links are on pindicate.com. If your own domain matters to you, talk to us and we'll scope it with you on the Custom plan.

What if we have more people than the teammate limit?

Pro includes 5 teammate logins. Custom has no teammate limit and is priced on a call. Your clients never count toward either.

Which formats work?

Video, audio, images, PDFs, websites (paste a link), HTML files, Word docs, Google Docs and Slides, and emails. There's no per-file size limit.

Who can see our files?

Only people with the link, and you can lock a link with a password on Pro. Review pages aren't indexed by search engines, and files are served through private, expiring links.

Can we turn a link off when a project ends?

Yes, on every plan. Turn it off from the share panel and it stops opening for everyone, right away. Turn it back on any time.

We need something more custom.
